Rhys Gooch

Rhys has over 18 years of experience within building and construction, both domestic and commercial. Rhys is registered with the Victorian Building Authority as a Domestic Builder Unlimited DB-U 45326. He has taken on a large variety of roles within both sectors from a foreman for Westfield Design and Construction on a $130m shopping centre redevelopment to working “with” subcontractors, giving him the ability to carry out a majority of works personally. Amongst a vast number and variety of projects Rhys also subcontracted to Property Maintenance Contractors Pty Ltd as a supervisor which involved carrying out, overseeing and assessing insurance works. Rhys is honest, polite, reliable and takes pride in every day to day activity he undergoes.
